Jeff Alexander

Jeff Alexander is a Registered Valuer who has been valuing property in the greater Waikato region since 2007. After completing a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland, Jeff gained valuable industry experience in Property Management at Dilworth Trust Board, and also in Auckland as a residential and commercial real estate broker.
Jeff is a past President for the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and is a Fellow Member (FNZIV). He has previously sat on the Board of the Property Institute of New Zealand and is a past Branch Chair. He has particular experience in compensation valuations, residential subdivision development, commercial and industrial valuations and high value residential/lifestyle properties.

Matt Silverton
DIRECTOR
REGISTERED VALUER
B.Com (VPM), M.P.I.N.Z., A.N.Z.I.V., MInstD
Born and bred in the Waikato, Matt has spent the majority of his professional life based in Hamilton (with the exception of a stint undertaking commercial valuation work in Auckland's CBD) . He began his valuation career in 2006, having gained a B.Com (Valuation and Property Management) from Lincoln University.
Matt is a Registered Valuer, a full member of the Property Institute of New Zealand, and an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. He is also a Trustee of the WEL Energy Trust and a past Chairman of the Waikato Branch of the Property Institute.
Matt has experience in a wide range of commercial/industrial and residential property types, including undertaking more specialist work, childcare centres, and motels. Matt also undertakes specialist assignments throughout Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty and has appeared as an Expert Witness in both the High Court and Environment Court.
