Jeff Alexander

Jeff has been valuing property in the greater Waikato region since 2007. After completing a Bachelor of Property at the University of Auckland, Jeff gained valuable industry experience in property management, and residential and commercial real estate sales.
Jeff is a Fellow Member, and a past President, of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. In March 2026, he was appointed to the Land Valuation Tribunal.
Jeff has particular experience in compensation valuations, residential subdivision development, commercial and industrial valuations and high value residential/lifestyle properties.

Matt Silverton
DIRECTOR
REGISTERED VALUER
B.Com (VPM), A.N.Z.I.V., MInstD
Born and bred in the Waikato, Matt has spent the majority of his professional life based in Hamilton. He began his valuation career in 2006, having gained a B.Com (Valuation and Property Management) from Lincoln University.
Matt is an Associate Member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. He is a Trustee of the WEL Energy Trust, sits on the Central Region Committee of the Property Council of NZ, and is the 2025 recipient of the Institute of Directors ‘Emerging Director of the Year’ award.
Matt has experience in a wide range of commercial/industrial and residential property types, including undertaking more specialist work such as childcare centres, service stations, and motels. Matt also undertakes specialist assignments throughout Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty and has appeared as an Expert Witness in both the High Court and Environment Court.
